Referrals

• NHS: via GP, physiotherapy-linked service or local triage service
• Private: Via physiotherapy or GP. If inadequate time can see without referral however it is best to inform your GP for their records. Sometimes we will request from your GP a copy of your past history summary relevant and list of medication.
• Private consultation costs: New: £190, Follow-up £90. Additional procedures for example injections and investigations follow hospital fees scales
• Second opinions: By any form of communication
• Medicolegal: By solicitor instruction
